Your Questions, Answered

If you’re feeling unsure, these are the most common questions we’re asked. If you still have something on your mind, you’re welcome to reach out via our enquiry form or via email hello@mellowellness.com.au

  • If you’re seeking clarity, direction, or answers to specific questions, an Akashic Records Reading is a great place to start.

If you’re feeling heavy, stuck, energetically drained, or like you want a reset, a Clearing and Healing session may feel more aligned.

If you’re unsure, fill out the enquiry form and we’ll guide you.

  • Akashic Records Readings run for approximately 45 minutes. After you book, you’ll receive a short guide with examples of the types of questions to ask, so you feel prepared and get the most out of your session.

  • Please allow 60 minutes for this session. We work with your chakras and energy bodies to clear and heal anything that’s ready to be released. These can be emotional residue, energetic cords, outdated beliefs, and patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck or heavy. The intention is to create space, restore balance, and support you to feel more like you.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need via email.

For Healings and Clearings, you’ll receive a ‘Practical Guide’ on how to prepare for the session.

For Readings, you’ll receive guidance on the types of questions to ask, to get the most out of your session.
